Circus Carnival Event Assistants (Tambo)

Blackall-Tambo Regional Council is seeking motivated casual employees to assist with the preparation and coordination of circus events in Tambo during the Circus Carnival to be held from Saturday 22 August to Sunday 30 August 2026.

Role Overview: Successful applicants will support carnival activities by assisting with event preparation, set-up, coordination, and general event support throughout the carnival period.

Training and Support:

All casual employees will be provided with training on event requirements and set-up expectations prior to the events.

Casual employees will work as part of a team to help deliver safe, welcoming and well-coordinated community events.

Your Requirements:

• A current Working with Children Blue Card prior to commencing.
• A motivated, positive and flexible approach to community work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Interest in supporting and promoting events in Tambo.
• Availability during the Circus Carnival period from 22 August to 30 August 2026.
